Payreq Delivery users can be managed from the Account Permissions tab. From here, users with the required access can invite new users, update existing user details, manage permissions, and access user notification settings.
User permissions and notification preferences are managed separately for each user. This allows your organisation to control what each user can access, and which operational items they are notified about.
Before You Start
To manage users, you will need access to the relevant Payreq Delivery account and permission to access Settings.
You should also consider what level of access the user requires before inviting or updating them. Permissions can be configured for key areas including Contacts, Registrations, Mail, and Settings; each area can be set to a different permission level. For more detail, see Understanding User Permissions in Payreq Delivery.
Add a New User

- Log in to Payreq Delivery.
- Open the relevant Delivery account.
- Select Settings from the main menu.
- Open the Account Permissions tab.
- Select Invite User.
- Enter the user’s details, including their name and email address.
- Assign the required permissions for each area of Payreq Delivery.
- Select Invite User.

The invited user will receive an email invitation to access the Payreq Delivery account.
Names in italic show users who have yet to login. You can click the blue button next to their email address to re-send their invite.

Update an Existing User
- Select the user you want to update.
- Update the user’s details or permissions as required.

You can update a user’s permissions if their role changes or if they require access to additional areas of Payreq Delivery.
Remove a User
Users who no longer require access should be removed from the account.
- Select the user you want to remove.
- Select their Permissions tab
- Click revoke to remove their access.

We recommend reviewing user access regularly, particularly when staff leave your organisation or change roles.
